General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Labix Scientific website ("Website") and the purchase of laboratory equipment and scientific electrical appliances ("Products") offered therein. By accessing the Website and/or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Website or purchase Products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Website or purchasing Products, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. Labix Scientific reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website or purchase of Products after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Products and Orders

Labix Scientific offers laboratory equipment and scientific electrical appliances for sale on the Website. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Labix Scientific reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for Products are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges, unless otherwise stated. Labix Scientific reserves the right to change prices for Products at any time without prior notice. Payment for Products and associated charges must be made in full prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed upon by Labix Scientific.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Labix Scientific will make reasonable efforts to ensure prompt shipment and delivery of Products. However, Labix Scientific shall not be liable for any delays in shipment or delivery beyond its control. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred for international shipments.

5. Returns and Refunds

Labix Scientific accepts returns of Products within 30 days of delivery, subject to certain conditions. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned Products, less any applicable shipping and handling charges, upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

6. Warranty

Labix Scientific warrants that Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. Labix Scientific's liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at Labix Scientific's discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, displayed on the Website is the property of Labix Scientific or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any such content without the prior written consent of Labix Scientific.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labix Scientific shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Website or purchase of Products, even if Labix Scientific has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Labix Scientific's total liability exceed the purchase price of the Products in question.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the purchase of Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Labix Scientific with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Labix Scientific.
